Honda has presented the Elevate SUV all over the world. It is the Japanese brand’s first small SUV, and it will compete in India with the Hyundai Creta. The SUV would be manufactured in India but sold to other countries. It borrows the City’s petrol engine in its entirety. The tiny SUV will not be equipped with the powerful hybrid powertrain that was planned to be taken from the City. The Elevate, on the other hand, will be available in all-electric form by 2026. Bookings of the Honda Elevate will commence in July, with a launch planned for the next holiday season.
Honda Elevate Engine
There is no diesel available. Instead, it receives the City’s 121PS 1.5-litre petrol engine. It is mated to either a six-speed manual or a CVT transmission. The 126PS 1.5-litre hybrid powerplant might be available later on.

Features Honda Elevate Miss Out
The Panoramic Sunroof is absent from the Honda Elevate SUV.

The Elevate SUV features a single pane sunroof, however competitors such as the Maruti Grand Vitara, Toyota Hyryder, MG Astor, Tata Harrier, and Hyundai Creta have a panoramic sunroof. A panoramic sunroof is also expected on the next Kia Seltos. As a result, the new Honda Elevate will be the only car in the class with a tiny single-pane sunroof rather than a panoramic one.
Honda Elevate SUV Misses Out On Front Ventilated Seats
Many Honda Elevate competitors, including the Kia Seltos, Maruti Grand Vitara, Toyota Hyryder, Tata Harrier, and Hyundai Creta, include front-ventilated seats. This function is available in compact SUVs such as the Tata Nexon and Kia Sonet. In order to compete, Honda may have offered front-ventilated seats in the Elevate.
Honda Elevate SUV Lacks Hybrid Technology

Honda’s eHEV powerful hybrid powertrain was supposed to power the forthcoming Honda Elevate SUV. However, Honda has not made it available and has made no indication of any future intentions for a hybrid Elevate. In this very competitive midsize SUV sector, the hybrid might have been a significant differentiation and USP for the Elevate. Furthermore, the Maruti Grand Vitara and Toyota Hyryder already provide a powerful hybrid engine choice.
Honda Elevate SUV lacks a 360-degree camera.
The new Honda Elevate SUV lacks a 360-degree camera.Honda’s Lane Watch camera and a rearview camera are included on the new Honda Elevate. However, it lacks a 360-degree vision camera system that many of its competitors, like the Maruti Grand Vitara, Toyota Hyryder, Kia Seltos, MG Astor, Tata Harrier, and others, have. Furthermore, the next Hyundai Creta facelift will include this function. Honda should have included this function in the Elevate SUV.
